Never too late to get GED. High school commencements are just around the corner and most 18-year-olds — give or take a year — will receive diplomas. But whatever the reason, be it choice or necessity, many teens who could, do not graduate. Help is within reach here in Franklin County. For decades, the General Educational Development Test — or GED — has been available. Once passed, it documents you have high school-level academic skills.
