GED Class – A Location Near You

The Madison County Adult Education program is beginning a new GED class in south Jackson. The class is for anyone 18 years or older that needs a high school equivalency diploma. The mission of the Madison County Adult Education program is to provide an opportunity for citizens of Madison County to pursue a GED and/or other education to enable them to secure and retain employment, make additional contributions as citizens, and be a source of stability and strength to their families. Some of our fellow citizens face many obstacles, and we strive to assist by having GED classes easily accessible. We are excited that we are now able to offer a GED class in this area. This FREE class will be held at South Side High School on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm 8:30 pm. Classes will begin Wednesday, January 19, 2011. Anyone interested should contact the Tennessee Technology Center at Jackson, 731-424-0691, for more information and to register. Source: jacksonsun.com
